Celebrating 70 years of the NHS
On Thursday 5 July 2018, the National Health Service turned 70.
Here at Full Support, we are proud to be in partnership with NHS Trusts across the UK.
All of us have a story of how the NHS has helped us or a loved one through dark times.
And for this, we wanted to say:
Thank you!
Thank you to the front-line staff, the nurses and the clinicians for their dedicated and loving care.
Thank you to the porters, the caterers and the cleaners for their important and often un-thanked service.
Thank you to the researchers, the technicians and the scientists for all of their essential behind-the-scenes work.

Healthcare would look very different in Britain without the NHS. From it’s very conception, the NHS revolutionised healthcare with its central principle of being a health service available to all.
