Growth through partnership

image

Partnership has been a key factor in the growth of Easimask during the last 8 years. In 2009 we supplied just 15% of the NHS but this figure has increased to over 87% of NHS hospitals by 2017. We do not take this for granted, a great deal of work has gone into building relationships, training staff and providing a level of service and expertise not seen in respiratory protection by any of our competitors. It’s more than just price, it’s about ensuring staff are adequately protected and compliant with the HSE guidelines put in place for their long term health.

“Finding the right company to partner with has been extremely important to York Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The ongoing advisory support, training and service we have received from Full Support Healthcare has been extremely important in enabling the standardisation equipment across the Trust to the FFP3 Easimask.”
Vicki Parkin, Deputy Director, Infection Prevention, York Teaching Hospital NHSFT

Our CPD accredited train the tester programs are widely sought after, particularly at this time of year when every hospital is busy fit testing in preparation for the winter pandemics. Our expertise is second to none, all of our trainers are Fit2Fit accredited which gives customers the confidence that they are in a safe pair of hands. We can advise on mask selection, give filter advice and assist staff responsible for cascading the training within the Trust.

“We have been working in partnership with Full Support for over a year now and have built up a fantastic working relationship with them.  Standardising to Full Support for our FFP3 respirators has not only provided the Trust with an excellent quality product and 100% service levels but has given our staff a comprehensive training package which ensures we are fully prepared for any situation. Their Fit2Fit accredited trainers have supported our staff with well-structured workshops and easy to use documentation.”
Julie Olsen, Assistant Matron, Infection Prevention & Control, North Tees and Hartlepool NHSFT
